Able to Serve Care provides holistic care and support for NDIS participants across the Greater Sydney area. To see if you fall within that area, check here, or contact us directly.
As NDIS registered providers, we provide care to those currently under an NDIS plan, whether you are self-managed, plan managed or agency managed. If you’re not sure if you’re covered, contact us directly or speak to your plan manager.
While our staff can help here and there, it’s best to speak to your plan manager, local area coordinator or by contacting the NDIS directly, to know just what you’re covered for.

Each participant’s plan has different services allocated, but we provide the following

The NDIS provides complete funding for various services, so as long as your plan has the allocated services, you won’t have to pay out of pocket for our services.
Our team has a combined experience of over 60 years in the health field, including medical science, disability support care, midwifery, registered and rehab nursing, medical administration and more.
